摘要
教育学者的使命在于增进教育真知,丰富教育理解,改善教育实践,促进人类的发展。选择做一名教育学者,既是选择了一种职业,同时也是选择了一种生活方式。如果我们要提升教育学者的地位,树立教育学术的尊严,就必须纯正教育学术的动机和目的。教育学者必须在现实教育问题中进行思考和思想,其思维过程要与现实教育问题的发展进程相统一,履行智识诚实的平实职责。教育学者既是果,也是因。教育学术的尊严在很大程度上取决于教育学者的人格。教育学者自当先受教育。教育学者的心灵的磨砺和修炼是教育学术尊严救赎之必经之路。
The mission of educational scholars is to increase true knowledge of education,enrich educational understanding,improve educational practice and promote human development.Selecting to be an educational scholar means a choice of profession and a kind of life style.If we want to promote the status of educational scholars and set up the dignity of educational academics,we should purify our motive and aim of educational academics.Educational scholars ought to think around and keep in step with realistic problems of education and their development.In this way,educational scholars must shoulder responsibility to be honest in sphere of intelligence.Educational scholars are both reasons and results.To a great extent,the dignity of educational academics is up to the personality of educational scholars.Educational scholars should teach themselves first.Soul hardening and cultivation of education scholars is the only way to deliver dignity of educational academics.
