摘要
采用BET、XRD、TEM 等测试手段,考察了三种不同方法对改变焙烧温度或干燥条件下制备的VPO催化剂的比表面积、晶相结构和粒子大小的影响。研究发现同种制备方法,焙烧或干燥条件不同,对VPO催化剂物性有一定的影响。水相法制备时,焙烧温度升高,样品的比表面积减小,结晶度增加,粒子颗粒变大。有机相法制备时,焙烧温度对样品的比表面积影响不大,但超临界条件下干燥,可使催化剂比表面积增大。
VPO catalysts are prepared by three methods.BET,XRD and TEM techniques are used to investigate the effects of drying and calcination on the physical-properties of VPO catalysts. The results indicate the relations between the temperature of calcination and surface area,crystallinity,grain size of VPO catalysts.The higher temperature of calcination can lower surface area and increase crystallinity and grain size of VPO catalysts on water medium.When prepared in organic medium,the temperature of calcination shows little effect on the surface area of catalyst. However the surface area of catalyst is increased notably through the supercritical fluid drying (SCFD) process.
