摘要
装置尾气含硫化合物的量决定了烟气中SO2 的排放量,加上烟气流量就决定了烟气中SO2 排放浓度。装置尾气总硫可分为酸性硫、有机硫、元素硫,它们是烟气中SO2 排放达标的三个制约因素,其中每个因素都可能造成烟气中SO2 排放超标。要保证烟气中SO2 排放达标,必须处理好每个制约因素。利用三个制约因素可从新的角度去认识一个工艺或一套装置。
SO 2 emission quantity in emission gas is depended on tail gas total sulfur content in sulfur recovery unit. SO 2 concentration can be determined if SO 2 emission quantity and the flow rate of tail gas are considered at the same time. Tail gas total sulfur includes acid sulfur, organic sulfur and element sulfur. They are three key factors. Any one may cause overtaking standard of SO 2 emission. In order to ensure reaching standard of SO 2 emission, every key factor must be controlled. We will understand a tail gas treating technology or a unit from a new point of view.
