摘要
建立了乙烷氧化脱氢制乙烯原料气及反应产物的气相色谱分析方法。反应样品包括七种组分(O2 ,N2 ,CH4 ,CO,CO2 ,C2H4 ,C2H6) ,在一根色谱柱上不能得到很好的分离,该法改装色谱气路,将两根色谱柱(5A分子筛和Porapak - Q) 并联,使用两个串联的热导池(参考池和测量池),获得了满意的分离,重现性好。该方法定量准确,简便迅速。
This paper introduces a gas chromatographic method for quantitative determination of feed gas and products of oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane to ethene. The product components includes O 2,N 2,CH 4,CO,CO 2,C 2H 4 and C 3H 6. This method uses two thermal conductivity detectors (one TCD for reference and the other TCD for determination) and two columns(5A molecular sieve and Porapak Q), possessing good separation and reproducible results. The analytical results show that the method is accurate, simple and rapid.
