This paper discusses the framework of the network subtitle broadcasting system, the components of the system modules, the overall requirements and design, functions and the application of software. Producing and broadcasting in the system are separated, and managed by the network -based unified template ,avoiding the online duplication of the subtitle. The independent control of the multi - screen graphics on one screen, and editing and broadcasting control through the network become the new pattern of the subtitle broadcasting.
