摘要
清洁可再生能源的使用符合我国能源的发展政策,社会评价应引入到此类项目的分析中。使用层次分析法、指标体系及其计算方法,定量和定性分析了此类项目。
The use of clean and renewable energy accords with the energy development policy in China, and the social assessment should be introduced into the analysis of this kind of project. The analytic hierarchy process, the target system and its calculation method are used in the quantitative and qualitative analysis of this kind of projects.
