介绍了城市燃气企业特种作业关键环节、风险分析的方法,就风险控制措施提出了刚性要求。制定了作业许可制度来控制特种作业关键环节。实践表明,此方法可对作业人员的不安全行为进行有效的管理和控制。
The key links and risk analysis methods of special operations in city gas enterprises are introduced. The rigid requirement for risk control measures is made. The operating license system is designed to control the key links of special operations. The practice shows that the unsafe behavior of workers can be effectively managed and controlled by this method.
