摘要 把压力容器底撬等效为一次超静定欧拉梁结构,以欧拉梁理论为基础,采用近似理论解与有限元数值模拟的方法计算并分析了压力容器底撬在机械载荷作用下的弯曲变形,用工程实际中最常用的简支边界条件下的计算结果进行了验证,并给出了相应的数值、图片计算结果。结果表明,一次超静定结构对底撬的弯曲变形有显著影响。 A bending deflection of pressure vessel skid,which be equaled to statically over-determinate Euler beam,is analyzed using theoretic and finite element method,the bending deflections of the skid with simply supported boundary conditions are conformed to reality,and the results show that once order statically determinate structure have apparent effects on the bending deflection.Many numerical results are given which provides a reference for skid of vessel designing.
