摘要
扩散管是化工流程系统中的重要管件,其水力损失对整个管道设计有重要影响。通过FLUENT软件对扩散管不同截面上速度的计算值与实验值对比、扩散管内部主流速度分布对比以及不同雷诺数条件阻力系数的计算表明,数值计算结果与实验值有一定的一致性。沿程阻力系数和局部阻力系数都与雷诺数有关,并随着雷诺数的减小而增加。弯曲扩散管的扩压能力随雷诺数的减小而降低,水力损失随雷诺数减小而升高。
The venturi is important pipe fitting in the chemical industry system,hydraulic loss of which has important effect to design of overall pipe-line.Contrasting calculated value with experiment value of speed in different cross section of venturi,contrasting speed distributes inside of venturi and calculation of coefficient with different Reynolds number by FLUENT software,result indicated that numerical simulation result and experiment value has certain compatibility.The coefficient of frictional resistance and of local resistance are connected with Reynolds number,and increasing with diminish of the Reynolds number.The ability of expand pressure of curve venturi reduced with diminish of the Reynolds number,while hydraulic loss increased with diminish of the Reynolds number.
