摘要
在GB 150—1998《钢制压力容器》中卡扎里螺纹套筒式密封结构的基础上,利用液压-碟簧系统设计了一种施加密封力的装置——液压-卡扎里密封顶紧器。此顶紧器可替代规范中的顶紧螺栓,通过液压力推动压环压紧密封圈实现密封。这种密封顶紧器加力装置的液压区域远离高温件,温度对该液压系统的影响很小,使液压系统能可靠工作,保证整个密封装置的密封性能。
Based upon the structural design of Casale closure with screw-thread bush in the standard of GB 150—1998 Steel Pressure Vessels,hydraulic-disc spring system to design a type of device-puller device of hydraulic-casale closure was used.This device could replace the puller bolt of the standard.By hydraulic pressure to promote the realization of pressure sealing ring compression seal.The hydraulic area of this type of puller device far from the high temperature,lower the affect of temperature to hydraulic system,and enables reliable operation of hydraulic systems to ensure the sealing performance of the seal.
