摘要 介绍了美国MERICHEM公司开发的纤维膜接触器技术及其在石油产品脱硫精制过程中的应用。与传统的脱硫精制过程不同,该项技术依据碱和油品的不同表面张力而设计的纤维膜接触器,可使油碱之间的接触及油中杂质与碱的反应在液膜上进行,而不像传统精制过程那样在液滴之间球面上接触和反应,从而避免了因液滴强烈混合分散乳化而导致油碱分离困难。该项技术可用于干气、液化石油气、石脑油、汽油、煤油和柴油等物料的碱(胺)精制法脱硫、脱氯和脱酸,也可用于废碱液的再生和处理。与常规混合分散法精制工艺相比,它有精制效率高、产品质量好、碱(胺)液消耗少、设备投资省和处理能力大等优点。在国外石化工业上已得到十分广泛的应用。 The fibre-film contactor technology developed by Merichem Co., USA and its application in treating light oils were introduced. This process is different from traditional treating processes in that it uses the fibre-film contactor designed based upon the different surface tension of caustic and oil, in which caustic contacts oil and reacts with impurities in it on the aqueous film rather than on the surface of the liquid droplets in the traditional processes, eliminating emulsification created by the intensified mixing and dispersion of liquid. This technology can he used to remove mercaptans, chloride and acid from gas, LPG, naphtha, gasoline, kerosene and diesel etc. with the caustic (amines) method. It can also be used for caustic regeneration. As compared with the traditional process of mixing and dispersing, this technology features high efficiency, high product quality, low caustic (amine) consumption, large treating capacity and low investment. It has been applied in HPI industry in foreign countries.
