摘要
以班杜拉的自我效能理论为依据,从内因和外因两方面出发,立足于提高学生的自我效能感,探讨改善大学英语教学效果途径。文章认为,内因方面在学生的自我效能感中起决定作用,外因通过内因对学生产生影响,发挥内外因的共同作用,有利于学生提高自我效能感、改进英语学习。
Based on Bandura's self-efficacy theory,this paper tries to explore the ways of improving our college English teaching,from both internal and external causes to enhance students' sense of self-efficacy.This paper holds the view that the internal aspects play a determining role in students' sense of self-efficacy and the external factors have an impact on students through the internal ones.The joint effort of internal and external factors is conducive to the enhancement of students' self-efficacy and the improvement of their English learning.
