摘要
教学技能是教师最基本的职业技能。师范生教学技能的水平不仅决定着他们教师入职水平的高低,也严重影响着他们以后在教育事业上的持续健康发展。本文针对某学院化学系2009和2010两届师范毕业生常见的五种教学技能,进行了调查、统计和原因分析,以供同类型师范院校制定教学技能培养策略和相关研究者继续研究参考。
WEI Zhuangwei (Department of Applied Chemistry, Yuncheng University, Yuncheng, 044000) Abstract Teaching skills are the most basic professional skins of teachers. Level of pie - service teachers' teaching skills not only determines whether their teacher entry level is high or low, but also seriously affect their continued and healthy development in future education career. In this paper, a survey, statistics and cause analysis on the five kinds of common teaching skills of 2009 and 2010 Teachers graduates of chemistry department in certain college in 2009 and 2010, are conducted.
