摘要
泄漏抗力是油套管密封完整性评价的主要指标,按APIBUL5C3公式得出的计算值与实际植误差太大,由于油田现场环境条件与实验室条件存在较大差异,使得油套管柱常在低于实验室测定值下发生泄漏。运用环境数据综合法,将实验室测定值与现场条件下油套管所具有的泄漏抗力综合处理,可在现场工况条件下,对套管的泄漏抗力进行可靠性评估。
Leak resistance pressure is the main parameter for seal performance of tubing and casing.Er-ror is too large between theory results on based API BUL 5C3 formual and practical results,environmentconditions between oil field and laboratory is very different,with the leak of tubing and casing string oftenstarted below value of laboratory.By virtue of Synthesized data of leak reitance pressure of tubing andcasing from laborafory and oil field by EDS method,on the conditions of oil field environment, the paperevaluates reliability of leak reistance pressure of casing.
