摘要
根据金刚石成型刀具异型区域各截面磨损程度的不同,建立了刀具磨损速率数学模型,并以此为依据提出了刀具改进方案,即通过对金刚石成型刀具结块厚度的尺寸补偿,实现刀具异型区域结块的均匀磨损,提高其切削性能和工艺性能,延长刀具的使用寿命。
According to the different wear degree of irregular area on diamond forming tool,the mathematical model of tool wear rate was established and the improvement project of tool was advanced,namely,through dimension compensation of diamond forming tool segment thickness,the wear in irregular area can be uniformly obtained and the performance of tool has been improved highly,the working life of diamond forming tool are extended too.
