基于有限元仿真的大量程反射式气动传感器的研究

摘要 基于反射式气动传感器工作原理和流体力学理论,建立了大量程反射式气动传感器流场的二维有限元模型。利用有限元软件COMSOL,分析了气动参数和传感器结构参数对测量灵敏度的影响。实验结果表明,有限元仿真设计方法在大量程反射式气动传感器的设计中是有效的。 Based on the working principle of reflective pneumatic sensor and fluid mechanics theory,the 2-D finite element model of fluid filed of reflective pneumatic sensor with large measurement range was established.By using a finite element software COMSOL,the influence of aerodynamic parameter and configuration parameters of reflective pneumatic sensor on the measuring sensitivity was analyzed.The results of exeriments show that the simulation desiging method with finite element software COMSOL is effective in the design of reflective pneumatic sensor with large measurement range.
