摘要
为了阐明植物和温度对甲烷氧化率的影响及乙炔抑制技术在湿地甲烷氧化研究中的有效性,在乙炔抑制技术的基础上,重点以闽江河口湿地为研究区域,采用静态箱法对闽江河口湿地甲烷氧化率进行了测定,并分析了乙炔抑制技术在湿地甲烷氧化过程中的有效性。结果表明,植物的存在增加了甲烷的氧化率,温度对甲烷氧化也具有促进作用;乙炔作为甲烷的替代性氧化底物可能是其抑制甲烷氧化的原因之一。
To clarify the effect of plant and temperature on methane oxidation and the validity of the acetylene inhibition technique application on methane oxidation research,firstly the acetylene inhibition technique was introduced,and then methane oxidation rate was measured by the enclosed chamber technique and the validity of acetylene inhibition technique application to methane oxidation research was analyzed in the estuary wetland of Minjiang River.The results showed: The exist of plant increased the methane oxidation and temperature also improved methane oxidation.Acetylene as the substitute for methane in the course of oxidation maybe one of the causes so that acetylene inhibites methane oxidation.The aims were to provide the experimental and theoretical base for the widely application of acetylene inhibition technique on methane oxidation research.
