摘要 目的:构建一个基于3S(GIS/GPRS/GPS)技术的用于为特殊患者提供一种实时照顾和监测的远程生理监控系统。方法:应用先进的无线通信技术、GIS空间分析技术以及数据库集成技术等相关技术进行系统构建研究,以无线的方式对患者进行实时监控。结果:应用该系统可以有效地提高现有医疗人员的工作效率,并将患者的监控范围由定点医疗单位扩大至全市各居民社区,极大地提高了患者就医的便捷度与医疗单位监控的实时性。结论:基于3S技术的远程生理监控系统实现了医疗单位向患者提供24h全方位的监控服务,可提高现有医护资源的利用率。 Objective To design a remote physiological monitoring system based on 3S (GIS/GPRS/GPS) in order to provide real-time medical care and monitoring for specific patient groups. Methods Advanced technologies like wireless communication, GIS spatial analysis and database integration were utilized. Results The system greatly expanded the medical monitoring range and facilitated medical treatment and real-time monitoring. Conclusion The remote physiological monitoring system based on 3S can provide patients with 24-hour monitoring service, which will improve the utilization efficiency of the existing health care resources.
