摘要
目的:研制一种通过遥控技术控制电动漂浮物快速接近落水伤员,可实施海上捞救的救生工具。方法:通过调研论证提出能够确保在海面复杂环境下实现有效捞救的主要战术技术指标,在实际研制过程中综合运用双体船设计技术、重心浮心配置技术、无线遥控、单片机控制以及工艺设计等技术。结果:遥控捞救装置在海面行驶速度大于1kn(1kn=1.852km/h),遥控范围大于500m,操作简易,控制灵敏。结论:该遥控捞救装置能够克服海上风浪干扰带来的装置侧翻、海面直线行驶困难、系统稳定性差等难题,可达到战术技术指标提出的各项要求。
Objective To develop a remote control life-saving tool which can quickly rescue the drowning patients by a remote control electric buoy. Methods Main tactics and technology index for effective salvage under complex sea conditions were provided; technologies were employed in the development process such as catamaran designing technology, buoyancy center and gravity center configuration technology, wireless remote control, SCM control and technological design etc. Results The equipment was sensitive and easy to operate, which could give a speed more than 1kt with a remote control range more than 500 m. Conclusion The equipment can resolve problems due to complex environments on the sea such as turning over of the equipment, difficult to move in a straight line on the sea, lack of stability of the system etc and can reach the requirements of the tactics and technology index.
