一次性便携式重力压力兼用泵式输液器的研制

Development of Disposable-and-portable Gravity-and-pressure Type Infusion Device

目的:设计一种三用防反流式一次性医用泵式输液器。方法:在原有普通重力压力输液器的莫菲氏管与接输液瓶的尖状圆锥插子之间增设一带有前后单向阀的泵式弹性压缩管。结果:该输液器既可以采用传统的悬挂吊瓶的输液方式,也可以手捏弹性压缩管壁输液,与智能输液机配套使用时可实现便携式安全准确机控输液。结论:该输液器克服了传统的重力输液器的弊端,既适用于野战条件下的战地救护、救灾救护输液,又适用于各类医疗条件下的特殊救治输液。

Objective To develop a disposable triple-purpose and backflow-prevention pump type infusion device. Methods A pump-type elastic compression tube unit with fore and aft one-way valves was added between the Murphy pipe and the pointed cone-shaped plug of the existing infusion device. Results The device could work by being suspended above or by squeezing the elastic compression tube, which could realize safe and precise infusion when being used together with intelligent infusion equipment. Conclusion Having overcome the disadvantages of traditional infusion device, this device can be used for battlefield rescues and disaster relief and also for special infusion rescues under various medical conditions.
