海南国际旅游岛的热带特色旅游区研究

A Study on Tourism Area with Tropical Characteristics in the International Tourism Island of Hainan

针对海南国际旅游岛建设与当前存在的问题,提出建设海南国际旅游岛要有明确具体的发展目标,倡议用"四季度假胜地、标志热带森林"作为宏观形象口号目标,用具体的重大建设项目和所要达到的境内外游客数量、旅游业增加值及其在GDP中的比重作为微观的量化目标。文中用实地考察和实验分析数据,论述了建设海南国际旅游岛的关键在于:打造琼南海滨岬角海湾沙滩黄金海岸,开发具有海南标志的热带雨林、热带植物园和热带作物农场的观光、度假和考察。认为外国游客市场开发不能操之过急,相当时间内还应以粤港澳台为主的本国市场开发为主体。

It has been planned that Hainan be constructed into an international tourism island.Aiming at the problems existing in the construction,the author considers that the island should make clear its development goal,the macroscopical image slogan for the island might be ＂a vacationland all the year round,the tropical forest of attribute＂;and quantitative indexes be the amount of domestic and foreign tourists,the added value for tourism industry and its proportion in GDP.According to the data from on-site observation and experiments,some key measures are put forward for constructing international tourism island of Hainan： designing a golden sand beach coast in the copes or bays of southern Hainan,developing some tropical rain forests,tropical arboreta and tropical crop farms for sightseeing,vocation and observation.In addition,the author thinks that the development of foreign tourist market should not be impatient,but that of Hongkong,Macao and Taiwan,as well as other domestic markets would be dominant for a long period in future.
