摘要
钢铁厂噪声源分布较广,声源较复杂,治理难度较大。宝钢三热轧厂因除尘设备风机、汽车板及硅钢生产线、煤气加压站等噪声源导致厂界噪声不能达标。在分析该区域噪声产生的根源之后,通过消声、吸声、隔声等措施对该区域进行综合治理。治理分两个阶段,经过第一个阶段的治理,噪声有所改善,但测点1#夜间仍不达标,超标约8dB(A),测点2#夜间也不达标,超标约6dB(A)。第二阶段分别对煤气加压站、汽车板及硅钢生产线区域以及过渡段加装声屏障,使得1#、2#两个测点夜间噪声都达到夜间时段55dB(A)的要求,最终达到厂界标准。
In view of the complex noise source distribution at steel plant,the ambient noise is very difficult to control.This paper analyzes the noise sources of the third hot-roll factory of Baosteel,which come from the fan of the dust-collecting equipmentt,he production line of the moto-board and silicon-steel,and the pressuring station of coal gas.The treatments for noise reduction are divided in two stages through taking the measures of noise eliminating,absorbing and insulating.Only a little effect appears after the first stage of treatments,and the noise values of the two typical measured points are all still beyond the standard value at night,that is 8 dB(A) for No.1 and 6 dB(A) for No.2 respec-tively.At the second stage,sound barriers are added to the pressuring station of coal gas,the production line of the moto-board and silicon-steel,as well as the transition area,as a result the noise values of the two measured points are all under 55dB(A) at night,which meet the factory standard.
