摘要
从抗肿瘤、抗衰老、调节机体免疫功能三方面对工蜂幼虫、蛹的药理作用进行了研究,结果表 明,工蜂幼虫、蛹对小鼠S180肿瘤生长有明显的抑制作用,其抑瘤率分别达60.92%和64.37%,荷瘤小鼠的生命延长率分别达80. 65%和81. 74%;工蜂幼虫、蛹能提高大鼠脑、肝脏和血液中SOD的活性,降低MDA的含量,提高小鼠脑组织中RNA和蛋白质的含量;工蜂幼虫、蛹能提高小鼠T淋巴细胞转化功能、碳廓清指数和胸腺指数,具有提高机体的细胞免疫和非特异性免疫功能的作用,工蜂幼虫、蛹的药理作用与蜂王幼虫相比,差异不显著。
Study on pharmacologic action of worker bee larvae and pupae of Italian Bee (Apis mellifera ligustica was carried out in 3 aspects :antitumor , antiagting , regulation of immunity function. The results showed that the worker bee larvae and pupae had evident inhibitive effect on S180 tumor growth. The in- hibiting tumor rates were 60. 92% and 64. 37% respectively, and the prolonging longetive rates were 80. 65 % and 81. 74 % respectively ; The worker bee larvae and pupae sigiuficantly increased the SOD activi- ties and reduce the contents of MDA of brain, liver and blood of rats, while significantly increased RNA and protein contents in brain tissue of mice ;The worker bee larvae and pupae can significantly increase T- lymphocyte transformation function , charcoal clearance index and thymus index , and had obvious effect of cell-mediated immunity and unspeific immunity. No significant difference existed between worker bee lar- vae , pupae and queen bee larvae.
