Studies on Azomethine-H Preparation

应用国产Ｈ－酸和水杨醛合成了甲亚胺－Ｈ，并将自制甲亚胺－Ｈ与进口产品在吸收光谱特性、测 定范围、稳定时间、精密度以及实际样品的分析等方面作了比较。试验结果表明自制甲亚胺－Ｈ不仅其主 要性质与进口甲亚胺－Ｈ完全一样，而且在某些方面如水溶性等甚至更优。因此，自制甲亚胺－Ｈ完全可 以替代进口产品。由于其价格低，产率高，在发展中国家可广泛用于硼的测定。

8-amino-1-naphthol-3 , 6-disulphonic acid monosodium salt and salicylaldehyde was used to syn- thesize azomethine-H. The contrast of the self-made azomethine-H with imported azomethine-H for ab- sorbance spectrum, suitable determination range, stability time , method's precision and actual usage e. t. c. showed that not only the main properties of the self-made azomethine-H are as good as the import- ed , but also some aspects like water solubility is even better , so the self-made azomethine-H can substitute the imported. Owing to it's lower production cost , higher rate of product reliability, the self-made azome- thine-H can be widely suitable for boron analysis in developing countries.
