摘要
根据对现有航标遥测遥控系统应用现状的分析与研究,结合未来海区总体应用需求和管理需要,实现对原有航标遥测遥控系统的优化.并依据新导则的相关规约、技术要求和通信标准,实现遥测遥控系统前端通信机、服务管理中心、GIS客户端的数据采集、传送、处理和再应用的统一.
Based on the research and analysis of the application of the existing remote control system for the navigation aids and the consideration of the overall application requirements and the management needs of the future sea areas,the optimization of the original remote metering and control system for navigation aids was realized.The unity was achieved of the front-end communication equipment,service management centre and GIS client data collection,transmission,processing and re-application for the remote metering and control system of aids to navigation.
