摘要
微型平菇子实体歧向发育受菌株差异性和外部因素的双重影响。在菌株差异性中,具有长柄性状的菌株具有柄向发育的优势,具有粗中棒、粗短棒、杵状性状的菌株具有盖向发育的优势。在外部因素中,偏高CO2浓度是决定微型菇歧向发育的最关键因素,其作用效果依菌柄类型不同而异;光照对于微型菇歧向发育具有良好的辅助性;高湿和偏低温度有利于微型平菇的发生发育及商品性的提高。该结果有助于微型平菇用种的选育以及栽培技术的提高。
The poloidal development regularity of Pleurotus ostreatus fructification for miniaturization culture was influenced by the differences in strains and external factors.The long-stalked strains were inclined to develop into stipe,whereas thick-medium rod-shaped,thick-short rod-shaped and clubbed ones were inclined to develop into pileus.The higher concentration of CO2 was the most critical factor for poloidal development,and the effects varied with the types of stipe.Light played a better auxiliary role in the poloidal development.High humidity and low temperature were beneficial to the growth,development and improvement of marketability.The results were helpful for the breeding of P.ostreatus and improving cultivation techniques for miniaturization culture.
