摘要 黄曲霉毒素污染是影响我国花生食用卫生安全性和限制花生产业发展的重要因素。培育和应用抗黄曲霉花生品种是降低花生黄曲霉毒素污染最经济有效的途径。综述了近些年来国内外花生黄曲霉抗性类型及抗性评价体系、抗性育种和抗性分子标记的研究现状,并探讨了花生黄曲霉抗性育种中存在的问题以及未来研究方向,为深化花生抗黄曲霉的遗传改良奠定了基础。 Ailatoxin contamination was a crucial factor affecting the food safety and sustainable development of peanut industry.The cultivation and application of peanut varieties that were resistant to ailatoxin was the most economic and effective way to reduce the ailatoxin contamination.The research status of resistance germplasm,evaluation system of resistance,resistance breeding and molecular marker was summarized in recent years.The problems in peanut resistance breeding to aflatoxin and further research efforts were discussed.
