绿肥种质资源—沧州苜蓿的提纯复壮技术研究

摘要 以沧州苜蓿为研究对象,采用混合选择法,对当前生产中的沧州苜蓿进行提纯复壮,完成对地方绿肥种质资源—沧州苜蓿的提纯更新。结果表明:混合播种区(提纯复壮后)、原种区、提纯复壮前苜蓿品种区苜蓿鲜草产量分别达45 691 kg/hm2、44 903 kg/hm2和35 762 kg/hm2。其中,混合播种区与原种区鲜草产量差异不显著;混合播种区较提纯复壮前苜蓿鲜草产量提高了27.76%,差异达极显著水平。表明提纯复壮后的沧州苜蓿品种,恢复了沧州苜蓿的品种活力,能够承担起绿肥大面积生产应用中的地方绿肥种质资源任务。 With mixed selection method,the purification and rejuvenation of Medicago Sativa L.Cang Zhou-Meng Qingcho were studied.The results showed that the fresh yield in mixed seeds,original seeds and seeds before purification and rejuvenation was 45 691 kg/hm2,44 903 kg/hm2 and 35 762 kg/hm2,respectively.There was no obvious difference between the yield of mixed seeds and original seeds.The yield of mixed seeds increased by 27.76% than that of seeds before purification and rejuvenation,and the difference was very significant.The purification and rejuvenation could recover the vigor,which was benefit for the application of local green manure in large area production.
