Promoting the Science and Technology Innovation in Transformed Research Institutes by External Relation and Internal Cooperation

以2004年开始转型的河北农业科学院滨海农业研究所为例,通过回顾其发展历程,分析其科研基础、实力、人才等方面因素以及工作实践,提出外联内合是提高新转型科研单位科技创新能力的最佳举措。

Taking Coast Agriculture Research Institute of Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences that was transformed in 2004 as an example,the development course was reviewed,the scientific research basis,strength,talents and practices were analyzed.The external relation and internal cooperation were the best measures to promote the science and technology innovation in transformed research institutes.
