慢性乙醇中毒小鼠脑组织谷氨酸和γ-氨基丁酸含量的变化研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨乙醇导致神经系统损伤的机制。方法建立小鼠的慢性乙醇中毒动物模型,对大脑匀浆中谷氨酸(gluta-mate,Glu)和γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量进行测定。结果 Glu较对照组和配对对照组显著增加,而GABA的含量各组之间无显著差异。结论提示Glu参与了慢性乙醇中毒致中枢神经系统损伤的机制,而GABA是否参与,尚待进一步研究证实。 Objective To explore the mechanisms of nervous system injuries led by ethanol.Methods The chronic ethanol intoxication model of mice was built by freely drinking ethanol solution and the concentrations of glutamate(Glu) and GABA in homogenate of brain were measured.Results The concentration of Glu in homogenate of brain in ethanol treatment group was higher than that in control group and pair control group,while concentrations of GABA in three group were not different significantly.Conclusion Glu is involved in the mechanism of central nervous system injuries led by ethanol.However,the role of GABA needs more research to make certain.
