强化血糖控制对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并高血糖血气分析的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨强化血糖控制对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)合并高血糖血气分析结果的影响,为AECO-PD合并高血糖的治疗提供理论依据和实践指导。方法采用同期、平行、随机对照实验的方法将154例COPD患者分为实验组(强化血糖控制74例)和对照组(70例);对研究对象的血气分析结果进行分析。结果治疗后两组的pH值、PaO2、PaCO2均有明显改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但实验组改善更明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化血糖控制利于AECOPD合并高血糖患者血气水平的恢复,可提高患者疗效。 Objective To observed the effect of intensive glucose control on the blood gas analysis of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) with hyperglycemia to provide the theoretical basis and practical guidance for the treatment of patients.Methods To analyse the blood gas analysis results of the patients by the method of same period,parallel,randomized controlled trials.Results The pH value,PaO2,PaCO2 in both groups were significantly improved(P0.05)after treatment,However,the experimental group was improved more significantly than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The methods of intensive glucose control help to restore blood gas analysis and improve the curative effect of the patients of AECOPD with hyperglycemia.
