摘要
目的探讨Ⅰ期双侧人工全髋关节置换术治疗双侧髋关节病变的疗效。方法对67例（134髋）双侧髋关节病变患者行双侧Ⅰ期全髋关节置换术,病程为1年4个月至6年7个月。结果手术时间80~160 min,术中输血400~1 200 mL。随访时间最长者为6年,最短为术后3个月,平均为2年3个月。Harris评分由术前的（59.47±7.26）分增加至术后的（92.16±11.53）分（P〈0.01）。优66例,良1例。结论Ⅰ期双侧全髋关节置换术是一种安全有效的手术。充分的术前准备、慎重的选择病例、严格的假体安装标准、有效的风险防范是手术成功的关键。
Objective To discuss the effects of one-stage bilateral total hip replacement in the treatemnt of bilateral hip joint lesion.Methods 67 cases（134 hips） of bilateral hip joint lesion were treated with one-stage bilateral total hip replacement,the course of disease was 16 months to 79 months.Results Time of operation was 80-160 min,blood transfusion in operation was 400-1 200 mL.Follow-up time was from 3 months to 6 years（mean 27 months）.Harris score rised from preoperative 59.47±7.26 to postoperative 92.16±11.53（P0.01）.Among 67 cases,66 cases were excetent and case was better.Conclusion One-stage bilateral total hip replacement is safe and effective.Adequate preoperative preparation,carefully cases chosen,strict standards of prosthesis and effective risk prevention are the key to the success of this operation.
