高校知识分子高血压危险因素的相关分析

Correlation analysis of risk factors of hypertension for college intellectuals

目的分析高校知识分子人群中的高血压患病情况及其主要的危险因素,为高校中高血压的预防和控制提供参考依据。方法从该校2008年参加健康体检的员工中抽取2 053名30岁以上知识分子的体检资料,并采取统一问卷调查收集其主要行为方式,对高血压相关因素进行单因素和多因素分析。结果单因素分析结果显示年龄、性别、高血压家族史、体质量指数(BMI)等10个因素与高血压有关;Logistic回归分析显示年龄、高血压家族史、BMI、血糖以及睡眠状况是高血压发生的重要影响因素。结论应从控制血糖、合理营养、保证睡眠以及降低BMI等方面入手,进行健康教育,有效降低高校知识分子群体中高血压的患病率。

Objective To analyze the risk factors of hypertention in college intellectuals,and to provide reference for the prevention and cure of hypertention.Methods The physical examination data of 2 053 intellectuals aged more than 30 years old in our university were analyzed and their major action behaviors were studied with questionnaire,and risk factors of hypertension were analyzed by univariate or multivariate analysis.Results Univeriate analysis showed that 13 factors were related with hypertention,such as age,gender,hypertensive family history and body mass index（BMI）;Logistic regression analysis showed that age,hypertensive family history,BMI,blood glucose and sleep status were closely related with hypertention.Conclusion In order to reduce the prevalence of hypertention,health education should begin with controlling blood glucose,balancing nutrition,ensuring quality of sleep and reducing BMI.
