吸烟对初诊高血压患者血液流变学的影响 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨吸烟对初诊高血压患者血液流变学的影响。方法用全自动免疫生化检测仪检测55例吸烟与36例非吸烟的初诊高血压病患者血液流变学各项指标。结果吸烟组高血压病患者的血液黏度,红细胞聚集系数,红细胞比容(HCT),红细胞刚性指数(IR),纤维蛋白原(PFC)水平明显高于非吸烟组,红细胞变形系数(TK)明显低于非吸烟组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),差异与烟龄相关。结论高黏滞血症与吸烟有密切关系,是高血压病的危险因素之一,吸烟可影响高血压病的防治过程。
