摘要
在电信体制改革和当前的网络融合的背景下,通过对国内外大客户网管应用层测试系统的发展状况的论述,表明通过大客户网管应用层测试系统来培育并提升大客户忠诚度,树立先进的大客户管理理念,提高大客户的服务质量,已成为建设现代电信运营商核心竞争力的必要内容。
Under the background of telecommunication system reform and network fusion,this paper discussed the development of application layer test system of VIP network management at home and abroad.The research manifested that this system can cultivate and promote the loyalty of VIP,establish advanced VIP management idea,and improve quality of service of VIP in order to improve the core competitiveness of modern telecommunication operators.
