摘要
在自动生产线设计的基础上,使用PLC对搬运系统进行硬件和软件的设计,给出了系统的I/O分配图。通过对步进电机脉冲量的计算,实现了生产线的自动化,使控制系统稳定可靠,生产效率和产品质量都有很大提高。
On the basis of designing automatic production line,PLC is used to design hardware and software of handling system.This paper gave the I/O allocation map of the system.Through calculating the amount of pulses of stepper motor,the automation of production line is implemented.This system is steady and reliable,improved production efficiency and product quality greatly.
