树麻雀血清甲状腺激素的季节性变化及其对产热调节的影响 被引量:1

Seasonal Variations of Serum Thyroid Hormone and its Effect on Thermoregulation in the Tree Sparrow(Passer montanus)

摘要 对1~2月、3~4月、5~6月、7~8月、9~10月和11~12月自然环境条件下,黑龙江齐齐哈尔地区的树麻雀Passer montanus血清中甲状腺激素的含量进行了测定,同时对其代谢产热进行了测定。结果显示树麻雀血清T3浓度在季节性驯化中具显著性的变化,于温度较高的夏季最低,于温度较低的冬春季较高。与之相伴随,树麻雀的单位体重和整体代谢率于3~4月、5~6月和7~8月较低,于1~2月和11~12月最高,表明甲状腺激素可能参与了树麻雀的产热调节。 In order to understand seasonal changes in hormonal thermogenic properties in wild tree sparrows(Passer montanus),we measured basal metabolic rate(BMR)and serum triiodothyronine(T3)and thyroxine(T4)concentration every two months.The results showed that the serum T3 concentration changed significantly in seasonal domestication,which was lower in summer than in winter.Along with it,BMRs were higher in winter(December and January)than in summer(late June and July).These results support the argument that thyroid hormones play an important role in the regulation of thermogenic ability in tree sparrows associated with aerobic metabolism.
