北京农民专业合作社现状及趋势分析

Development status and prospect of farmer cooperatives in Beijing

自2007年《农民专业合作社法》实施以来,北京农民专业合作社发展迅速并呈现出明显特征。为进一步推动农民专业合作社的规范发展,笔者对北京农民专业合作社进行了专项调研,对各区县合作社的发展现状、经营服务概况与发展趋势进行了分析与研究,得出北京农民专业合作社将向联合社、国际化,并将承担部分准政府职能的结论。

Since ＂Farmer Specialized Cooperatives Law of PRC＂ was implemented in 2007,the development of the cooperatives in Beijing had got better.To promote development of the cooperatives,this study focused on status,business services and trend of development of the cooperatives.The results were as follow： the cooperatives in Beijing were in the process of development scale to cooperative association,internationalization of market,and incline to burden more functions entrusted by government.
