摘要
识别酒店盗窃案件的发生特征是构建有效管理体系的基础。研究搜索和遴选了我国2000-2009年等10年间的酒店盗窃案件130起,通过案例信息的分解、编码构建案例数据库,通过对案例信息的统计来分析酒店盗窃案件的发生特征。并据此构建了针对酒店盗窃案件的管理体系,认为应从保安系统优化、全员防盗、时间管理、场所管理、服务管理和顾客管理等六个层面展开防盗工作。
It is the base of constructing the effective management system to distinguish the characteristics of theft case in hotels. This research studies the 130 cases occurred in our country between 2000 and 2009 aiming to analysis the occurring characteristics of theft case in hotels by making the data base of theft cases. We think the management system for theft cases in hotels should take measures from the following six aspects：optimization of safeguard system,anti-theft of all employee,time management,location management,service management and customer management.
