党的十七届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于加强和改进新形势下党的建设若干重大问题的决定》中提出了"建设马克思主义学习型政党"。怎么建设马克思主义学习型政党?《决定》又明确提出了"科学理论武装""具有世界眼光""善于把握规律"与"富有创新精神"四项基本要求。
The report of ＂the CPC Central Committee＇ s Decision on Strengthening and Improving the Construction of the Party under New Situation＂ proposed by the fourth Session of the17th Central Committee of the Party states the construction of learning Party of Marxism and such the four requirements as ＇ scientific theoretic ann＇ , ＇ world view＇ , ＇ grasping regulation＇ and ＇ innovation spiritual＇.
