摘要
目的为制定中国成年健康男性心率正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法收集了中国82个单位测定的29870例成年健康男性心率正常参考值,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究了其与7项地理因素的关系。结果中国成年健康男性心率正常参考值与中国地理因素之间有很显著的相关性(F=12.65,P<0.0001)。用逐步回归分析的方法推导出了回归方程:Y^=78.07+0.02100X1-1.545X3+0.01000X5+3.560X7±13.28,其中,Y^是中国成年健康男性心率正常参考值(次/min),X1是海拔高度(m),X3是年平均气温(℃),X5是年降水量(mm),X7是年平均风速(m/s);13.28是剩余标准差的值。结论如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以用回归方程计算这个地区的男性心率的正常参考值。依据中国成年健康男性心率正常参考值与地理因素的依赖关系,把中国分为8个区。
Objective To supply a scientific basis for uniting the reference value standard of heart rate of Chinese men.Methods The relationship between the reference value of heart rate and seven geographical factors in 29 870 healthy Chinese men from 82 areas in China was investigated.Results The geographical factors were correlated with reference value of heart rate of Chinese men(F=12.65,P〈0.000 1).Using mathematical regression analysis,one regression equation was inferred:Y^^=78.07+0.021 00X1-1.545X3+0.010 00X5+3.562X7±13.28.In the above equation,is the reference value of heart rate of men;X1 is the altitude(m);X2 is the annual sunshine duration(h);X3 is the annual mean air temperature(℃);X5 is precipitation(mm);X7 is the annual mean wind speed(m/s);13.28 is the value of the residual standard deviations.Conclusion If geographical values are obtained in some areas,the reference value of heart rate of Chinese men in this area can be inferred using the regression equation.Furthermore,according to the similarity of the reference value of heart rate of Chinese men,China can be divided into eight regions.
