中国南北方人群动脉僵硬度的比较研究 被引量:1

Comparative study on arterial stiffness of Northern and Southern Chinese population

摘要 目的研究比较中国南北方人群的两个动脉僵硬度指标,心踝血管指数(cardio-ankle vascular index,CAVI)和颈动脉-股动脉脉搏波速度(carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity,cfPWV)的水平,并研究两种动脉僵硬度检测指标之间的相关性。方法中国南北方参加健康体检者共488人(中国南方245人,中国北方243人),应用动脉僵硬度自动检测装置分别测定其cfPWV以及CAVI作为反映动脉僵硬度的指标,同时进行血液生化指标的检测。结果中国北方地区人群的cfPWV、CAVI水平高于中国南方[cfPWV:(12.14±3.20)m/svs(9.35±1.75)m/s,P<0.001;CAVI:7.81±1.33vs7.26±1.16,P<0.001]。cfPWV与CAVI存在良好的相关性(r=0.613,P<0.001)。结论 CAVI和cfPWV是评价动脉僵硬度的有效指标,两者存在明确正相关;中国北方地区人群的CAVI和cfPWV高于南方地区人群。 Objective To compare the carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity(cfPWV)and cardio-ankle vascular index(CAVI)of population in Northern and Southern China,and to explore the correlation between two indices.Methods A total of 488 subjects,245 subjects from Southern China and 243 subjects from Northern China,were recruited in the study.CfPWV and CAVI were measured as indices of arterial stiffness by Compliar SP(r)and Vasera(r)VS-1000.Results Both cfPWV and CAVI in Northern China subjects were higher than those in Southern China subjects[cfPWV/(m/s):12.14±3.20 vs 9.35±1.75,P〈0.001;CAVI:7.81±1.33 vs 7.26±1.16,P〈0.001).CAVI was positively correlated with cfPWV(r=0.613,P〈0.001).Conclusion Both cfPWV and CAVI are effective indices to evaluate the arterial stiffness,and they are correlated each other.Both carotid-femoral cfPWV and CAVI in Northern Chinese are higher than those in Southern Chinese.
