肱骨近端锁定钢板配合中药治疗骨质疏松性肱骨近端粉碎性骨折临床观察

Clinical Observation on Locking Compression Plate Fixation of Proximal Humerus Combined with Chinese Herbal Medicine for Osteoporosis Comminuted Fracture of Proximal Humerus

【目的】评价肱骨近端锁定钢板配合中药治疗骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折的近期疗效。【方法】对28例骨质疏松性肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者采用肱骨近端锁定钢板配合中药治疗,根据Neer骨折分类及评分标准进行疗效评价。【结果】术后随访5～16个月,平均10.5个月,28例患者全部得到随访,按Neer评分方法对术后肩关节功能评定:20例优,4例良,4例可,优良率为85.7%。【结论】肱骨近端锁定钢板配合中药治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折固定可靠,可提供早期功能锻炼,术后功能恢复满意,对肱骨近端粉碎性骨折是一种有效的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of locking compression plate （LCP） fixation of proximal humerus combined with Chinese herbal medicine for osteoporosis comminuted fracture of proximal humerus. Methods Twenty-eight qualified patients were given LCP fixation of proximal humerus combined with Chinese herbal medicine. After treatment, the therapeutic effect was evaluated by Neer＇s criteria for fracture classification and scoring. Results A follow-up within 5 - 16 months was carried out in all of the patients, and the average time of follow-up was 10. 5 months. The results of Neer＇s scoring for joint function showed that excellent therapeutic effect was achieved in 20 patients, good effect in 4, satisfactory effect in 4, with excellent and good rate being 85.7%. Conclusion LCP fixation of proximal humerus combined with Chinese herbal medicine is effective for osteoporosis comminuted fracture of proximal humerus, with the advantages of having stable fixation, promoting earlier functional exercise and function recovery.
