摘要
西山支护器材开发有限责任公司是一家由国有企业改制为股份制的企业,过去的管理模式已远远不能适应企业发展的需求。笔者旨在分析原体制下绩效考核低效的原因,以帮助企业建立科学、高效的绩效考核制度。
The company was a corporate enterprise fi-om reforming a state-owned enterprise. The old management model couldn't adequate to the demand of enterprises' development. The urgent task on hand for human resource department was es- tablishing a rational performance management system of adapting enterprises development in long term. In this paper, the au- thor analyzed reasons of failure of performance appraisal under the old system in order to help enterprises establish rational, high-efficiency performance appraisal.
