腹腔镜手术联合罗氏内异方治疗轻中度子宫内膜异位症的临床研究

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Moderate Endometriosis by Laparoscopic Operation Combined with Luoshi Neiyi Prescription

目的:观察罗氏内异方对子宫内腹异位症腹腔镜术后患者的临床应用价值及受孕情况的影响。方法:将30例经腹腔镜证实的子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各15例。观察2组治疗后临床症状、体征的改善、受孕情况及黄体期雌、孕激素水平的变化。结果:2组均能改善患者痛经及月经不调情况,防止腹腔镜术后病情的复发,2组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。罗氏内异方不影响患者卵巢功能及月经,无明显不良反应。结论:罗氏内异方治疗盆腔子宫内膜异位症有较好的疗效,并且安全无明显不良反应,不影响卵巢功能,有利于术后尽快受孕。

Objective:To observe clinical value and pregnancy of moderate endometriosis patients after laparoscopic operation by the treatment of Luoshi Neiyi Prescription.Methods:30 endometriosis patients were randomly divided into a group of Luoshi Neiyi prescription and a group of nemestron,15 patients per group.Their clinical symptoms and sign improvement,pregnancy and the changes of estrogen and progestogen in progestational stage were observed after the two groups of the patients were treated.Results:Both Luoshi Neiyi prescription and nemestron could improve the dysmenorrhosea and menstrual disorders of the patients and prevent the recurring of the illness,showing no significance difference(P>0.05).Luoshi Neiyi prescription didn't affect the ovary function and menstruation of the patients,with no obvious adverse reaction,and help get pregnancy as soon as possible.Conclusions:Luoshi Neiyi prescription has a better effect on the treatment of the endometriosis patients,safe and no adverse reaction and is helpful to quick pregnancy.
