摘要
目的:对采于云南保山的蒌叶(Piper betle L)叶子进行化学成分的研究。方法:从蒌叶叶子的乙酸乙酯提取部位经过多次硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱分离化学成分,经理化常数测定、波谱分析和文献对照等鉴定出结构。结果:分离得到9个化合物,确定其结构分别为:halicerebroside(Ⅰ)、4-丙烯基-苯邻二酚(Ⅱ)、胡椒亭(Ⅲ)、胡椒碱(Ⅳ)、胡椒次碱(V)、N-isobutyl-2E,4E-octadienamide(Ⅵ)、β-香树脂醇(Ⅶ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅷ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、V、Ⅵ,Ⅶ为首次从蒌叶植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical composition of piper betel leaves gathered in Baoshan.Methods:Compounds were isolated by the silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 columns and their structures were identified by the physicochemical constant and wave spectrum and literature contrast.Results:Nine compounds obtained from the isolation were halicerebroside(Ⅰ),4-propenyl-catechol tannin(Ⅱ),piperettine(Ⅲ),piperine(Ⅳ),piperline(Ⅴ),N-isobutyl-2E,4E-octadienamide(Ⅵ),β-amyrin(Ⅶ),β-sitosterol(Ⅷ) and daucosterol(Ⅸ).Conclusion:The compounds,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,are the first compounds obtained from the leaves of piper betel.
