摘要
从20世纪90年代后期以来,跨国公司在华直接投资的独资趋势越演越烈,这种趋势对于中国经济有一定的积极的影响,但无论从宏观还是微观来看,更多的是负面影响。从微观层面上看,跨国公司的独资化趋势对我国的影响,主要表现在我国企业市场份额被抢占,人才流失,原有国有品牌遭到侵蚀等三个方面。
Since the late 90＇s of the last century, the exclusive investment of MNCs in China has become more and more popular, this trend has some positive impact on China＇s economy, but what＇s more is the negative impact no matter in view of macro or micro aspect. This article focuses on the effect of this trend on China from micro level, it analyzes the effect on the survival of similar enterprises in China from three aspect： loss of market share, talent drain, and erosion of the existing state-owned brand.
