摘要
目的探讨半导体激光照射配合穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(post-herpetic neuralgia,PHN)的治疗效果及护理措施。方法 2009年2-10月将某院皮肤科门诊符合条件的66例PHN患者按随机数字表分为观察组(n=34)和对照组(n=32)。对照组患者给予常规口服复合维生素B、卡马西平治疗;观察组患者采用半导体激光照射配合穴位注射复方丹参注射液治疗,两组均给予相应的专科护理。采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评估治疗前、治疗结束后1个月PHN患者的疼痛改善情况及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的VAS均有所降低,且差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的VSA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的疗效优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(u=2.821,P<0.05)。观察组有1例患者有面部潮红、轻微头晕,2例患者注射部位轻度麻木。对照组有2例患者出现头晕,3例患者出现药疹。结论采用半导体激光照射配合穴位注射治疗PHN,并采取相应护理措施,可以缓解症状,疗效确切。
Objective To study the curative effect and nursing intervention of semiconductor laser irradiation and acupoint injection therapy in treating the post-herpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods Sixty-six PHN patients were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group(n=34) treated by semiconductor laser irradiation and acupoint injecting compound injection of red sage root and the control group(n=32) treated by taking Vitamin B complex and carbamazepine orally.Then the visual analogue scale(VAS) was applied to evaluate the clinic effect and pain-relieving effect in PHN patients before the treatment and an month after the treatment.Results There was no significant difference in VAS scores of the two groups before the treatment(P0.05).After the treatment,the VAS scores of two groups were both decreased with significant difference(P0.05);The VAS scores were significantly lower in the experimental group than those in the control group(P0.05).The therapeutic effect in the experimental group was superior to that in the control group(u=2.821,P0.05).In the experimental group,1 patients was found with facial flushing and mild dizziness and 2 with mild numbness in the injection site in patients.In the control group,2 patients were found with dizziness and 3 with drug eruption.Conclusion Semiconductor laser irradiation and acupoint injection therapy with nursing intervention have reliable curative effects on PHN.
