摘要
目的探讨应用负压封闭引流技术治疗慢性骨髓炎的护理要点。方法总结17例慢性骨髓炎患者应用负压封闭引流的护理措施。结果 17例患者病灶清除后肉芽组织生长良好,通过二期植皮或皮瓣转移修复后均愈合,无复发病例。结论负压封闭引流治疗须保持良好的密封和有效负压,严密观察创面情况及引流液的量、色,同时做好体位护理及心理护理。
Objective To explore the nursing points of vacuum sealing drainage in treating chronic osteomyelitis.Methods The observation and nursing measures of vacuum sealing drainage were summarized in 17 patients with chronic osteomyelitis.Results Granulation tissue grew well after debridement.With 2 stages of skin grafts or flaps,the injuries were all healed without recurrence.Conclusion A series of postoperative procedures are strongly recommended including good vacuum seal and effective negative pressure,close observation of the wounds and volume and color of the drainage fluids combined with effective body position nursing and psychological nursing.
