摘要
目的了解护理教育中常用的社会学相关教材在编写目的、面向对象、内容侧重点方面的异同以及临床护士对教材的使用情况及建议。方法采用文献比较、问卷调查相结合的方法进行教材的比较及需求分析。结果护理教育中常用的社会学教材在教材编写目的、面向对象、内容侧重点方面各有异同。临床护士使用最多的教材是社会学和护理学知识交叉的教材;建议选择社会学和护理学知识交叉教材的人数比例最多,其次是综合人文社会学知识的教材,而建议选择单纯社会学教材的比例最小。结论应根据教材在编写目标、内容侧重点上的不同,结合护士需求并针对他们不同的学习目的,有选择性地选用社会学教材或授课内容,以达到最好的培训效果。
Objective To investigate the goals,objects,similarities and differences of the contents and use and suggestions of sociology textbook in nursing education for clinical nurses.Methods Comparison and demand analysis were conducted with literature comparison and questionnaire survey.Results The sociology textbooks had different emphasis on the goals and contents concerning nursing education.The cross-discipline textbooks combined with sociology and nursing science were used most commonly for clinical nurses.The proposed textbooks with cross-selection knowledge of sociology and nursing sciences accounted for the largest proportion,followed by textbooks of comprehensive humanities and sociology,with the smallest proportion of pure sociology textbook.Conclusion According to the different goals and contents of these sociology textbooks and their different learning purposes,nurses should choose appropriate sociology textbook or training contents to achieve the optimal training effect.
